Telectroscope?
I was amazed when I started reading the article about this Telectroscope. Apparently there are two huge telescopes (37 ft. x 11ft.), one in Thames, London and the other in Brooklyn, NY. You are able to see the other side in Live time 24-hrs a day. Supposedly a tunnel was drilled under the Atlantic ocean from one end to the other. Although this is visual only, without audio sound, but thought this was very cool. But it turns out that it is not a true tunnel, but more of a broadband tunnel with digital cameras at either end. But still can see the other side in Live time. Very cool. I would like to see that when I visit NY or London.
